This Privacy Policy explains how JBthaGREAT Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use JBthaGREAT ("the Service"), the JBthaGREAT website at jbthagreat.com, where visitors create a free account and request custom AI solutions.

By using JBthaGREAT, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide information and use the Service for that organization.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and information from service providers.

  • Account information: Email address, and sign-in data from Auth0, our sign-in provider. Your password is sent through our website to Auth0 to create your account or sign you in; we do not store it. Verification emails are sent through Twilio, and password-reset emails are sent through Brevo.
  • Payment information: The website itself takes no payment and collects no card data. Payments for quoted projects are made by Stripe, MoonPay or wire, using a link JB sends you.
  • Usage information: Our hosting provider (Vercel) and our sign-in provider (Auth0) process technical information when you visit and sign in, such as IP address, browser and device information, and logs. We pass your IP address to Auth0 when you sign in, and we do not store your IP address or browser details in our own database.
  • Request information: The request category and description, your phone number and the country it belongs to, and the text-message consent record (the sentence shown and the time).
  • Support communications: messages, attachments, issue details, and support history when you contact us.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and maintain JBthaGREAT
  • Create and manage accounts, billing, and support
  • Respond to your request and prepare your custom quote
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Improve product reliability, features, and performance
  • Communicate about updates, account notices, support issues, billing, security, and policy changes
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and legal rights
  • Comply with law, legal process, and regulatory obligations

4. Payment Processing

Payments for quoted projects are made by Stripe, MoonPay or wire. The website collects no card data and does not receive card numbers.

5. Service Providers

We use these providers: Auth0 (sign-in), Brevo (password-reset emails), Vercel (hosting), Railway (database), and Twilio (verification emails, email notices and text messages).

6. IP Addresses and Logs

Vercel and Auth0 process IP addresses and logs as part of hosting and sign-in. The website passes your IP address to Auth0 when you sign in, for attack protection. The website does not store your IP address or user agent in its own database.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway.

  • Account data: retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
  • Deleted information: may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before deletion.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards including access controls and encrypted transport (TLS). No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent for optional processing.

Users in the EU/EEA/UK have rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, contact hello@jbthagreat.com.

10. Cookies

We use one cookie, jb_session, to keep you signed in. The site installs no advertising or analytics trackers.

11. International Users

JBthaGREAT is available internationally. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws different from those in your location.

12. Children and Minors

JBthaGREAT is not directed to children under 18. No one under 18 may use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

13. Text Message Program and Emails

Sender: JBthaGREAT Consulting LLC. Message types: replies about your request and quote, and the payment link.

Text messages are sent only to phone numbers in the United States and Canada. A phone number from any other country is saved with your request, but no text message is sent to it through this program.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

We send account emails (email verification and password reset) and replies about your request. This site sends no marketing email.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, email, or other reasonable means.
