Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JBthaGREAT Consulting LLC. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

JBthaGREAT builds custom AI solutions for entrepreneurs. You create a free account, tell us what you want built, and receive a custom quote (projects start at $1K) with a payment link by email or text. No sales calls. Unlimited revisions. Payment by Stripe, MoonPay or wire.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use the Service if you are barred by applicable law or if we previously suspended or terminated your account.

4. Accounts and Access

You may create one account per person. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. We use Auth0 for sign-in; you sign in with your email and password, and we ask you to verify your email address.

5. Payment Terms

Projects are custom quoted per project, starting at $1K. JB sends a payment link by email or text. Payment is by Stripe, MoonPay or wire.

6. Refunds, Guarantee and Force Majeure

• Refund: the client is eligible for a refund within the first 7 days.
• Guarantee: all the work is fully guaranteed that it will be completed.
• Revisions: unlimited.
• Force Majeure: if we cannot complete the work because of an extraordinary, uncontrollable and unforeseen event, such as a natural disaster, war or epidemic, neither party is liable for failing to fulfill its obligations while that event prevents it.

7. Text Message Program

Sender: JBthaGREAT Consulting LLC. Message types: replies about your request and quote, and the payment link.

Text messages are sent only to phone numbers in the United States and Canada. A phone number from any other country is saved with your request, but no text message is sent to it through this program.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use JBthaGREAT for abuse, reverse engineering, scraping, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates law or harms the website or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Third-party services (Auth0, Stripe, MoonPay, and our hosting, database and messaging providers) are governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JBthaGREAT Consulting LLC's liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JBthaGREAT Consulting LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. JBthaGREAT Consulting LLC is located in Houston, TX.

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uptime. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any activity that creates legal, security, or platform risk.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, email, or other reasonable means.
